Building Brighter Futures

Paths to QUALITY™ connects professionals like you with the tools and support needed to create high quality learning environments for children. As an early childhood or youth professional, you work hard to ensure that the children in your care are safe, healthy and learning. You play a critical role in children’s ability to succeed. By providing high quality care and education, you are demonstrating your commitment to these children and their long-term success. You are making sure that each child is ready for school and prepared for life, and Paths to QUALITY™ wants to recognize and reward you for that.

Current and future providers can discover rich resources.

Child care resource and referral agencies help individuals interested in starting an early learning program. Current child care programs can reach out to their local child care resource and referral agency to connect with other technical assistance supports around serving infants and toddlers, school-age children, children with special needs, and children whose primary language is not English, as well as training providers.

As of October 1, 2019, SPARK Learning Lab is the central training and technical assistance provider for child care agencies. While SPARK finalizes offerings, providers can reach out to Indiana AEYC for coaching support or use this list of recommended professional development providers.

Community members can expand opportunities.

Early childhood care and education, as well as school-age care, make a huge impact in the lives of families — and in the well-being of a community. Connect with your local child care resource and referral agency to learn more about this essential aspect of community health.
