Auspice
Auspice is an affiliation that is selected to verify if your child care program will be connected or associated to a specific program. If the program is sponsored by another organization or if your child care program will participate, for example, in the Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) voucher program, you would select that particular Auspice.
(Example: If the child care facility is part of an organization like the YMCA, then select "YMCA" in Auspice as shown at the bottom of the list to indicate the program is a branch of their program. Or, if the program will be in the CCDF program, select "CCDF Voucher Participant". Multiple options can be selected.)
If the child care program isn't participating in the CCDF program or affiliated with any of the Auspice options listed, please leave this field blank.
