Create a new Guest account on I-LEAD
Below are the instructions to create a new guest account within the I-LEAD portal. Please note that creating this account will not associate you with any particular child care facility, nor will it provide you access to the electronic consent form. Please click HERE to learn how to join your Child Care facility.
***When creating your account, please be sure to use your PERSONAL email address. You will not be able to adjust your email address once you have created your account.***
1.) Navigate to ilead.in.gov.
2.) Locate and click on the green LOGIN button on the left side of the screen.
3.) Under the blue Sign In button, locate and click on the Sign Up Now button.
4.) Complete Step 1 by reading and following the instructions provided. Please note that you must verify your email address prior to continuing to Step 2.
5.) Once you have verified your email address, you will need to create a password for your I-LEAD account. Please ensure that all listed password requirements are met. Please make a note of your email and password to maintain access to your I-LEAD account.
6.) After completing step 2, you will be directed to your Profile page. Below are the final fields that require attention.
a.) Title (choose Early Childhood Educator)
b.) Phone number
c.) Street Address, City, State, and Zipcode (Home address)
d.) County name
7.) Click Update Your Profile to complete your I-LEAD registration
