Managing Professional Development Records
Educators manage their individual information on I-LEAD, including being able to view and print professional development and training certificates.
Accessing Your Indiana Learning Paths Certificates
After logging in to I-LEAD, click on the dark green button that says “Start Your Indiana Learning Path.” You will then be directed to Indiana Learning Paths. Click on My Certificates in the main menu at the top of the website. Then, navigate to the Learner Report or Transcript page. From either page, you will then be able to view, download and print your each certificate for professional development and training that you have completed.
What if my certificate is not available for a course I completed?
If you have successfully finished a course through Indiana Learning Paths and the certificate is not available, please note the following:
- As you progress through an online course, Indiana Learning Paths will automatically calculate whether you have passed or failed. A certificate will be awarded to you upon successful completion of a course. This can be accessed on the main navigation bar under ‘My Certificates’.
- After completing courses on Indiana Learning Paths, make sure you close the web browser when you have completed the course.
- For webinars and face to face training, it may take a few business days for the certificate to appear in your Indiana Learning Paths account.
What about my Training Central courses and certificates?
Currently, the existing records from Training Central and you local child care resource and referral agency have not transferred automatically to your Indiana Learning Paths records. Any courses, workshops or professional development taken previously through Training Central or your CCR&R agency may be added. To add them, access your Indiana Learning Paths record after signing in to I-LEAD. Then, use the “External Report Data” page to add them.
